• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity
• Bonus system abuse or promotion scalping
• Using funds for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Betting using match-fixing or insider information
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's software
• Attempting to compromise another user's account
• Abusive behaviour toward customer support staff

Lv18 bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of Terms and Conditions
• If KYC verification is not completed or fraudulent documents are submitted
• Extended period of inactivity (typically 12 months)
• If the user requests account closure themselves
